what does that mean?
It has a lot of sodium, which I wasn't aware of, and so I added salt and also this product, which made my veggies too salty. Should be noted on the bag regarding this. I know the sodium content is listed in ingredients, but who checks there before using. I read that later after I discovered the saltyness of the product. Could not determine a definite taste enhancement; but I know these mushrooms are good for you. Why is so much salt needed?
