I received a refund far past the time I should have received my item. It then said delivered and I did not receive it. When I went to track the item and confirm delivery address; it was not my address. The picture of the delivered item was not even big enough to be fabric softener. Key take away; don’t buy from this seller. It’s obviously some type of scam where they but tracking number and if you spend a lot of money they won’t send your item and have no intention in doing so.

I checked with my local FEDEX company and asked if FEDEX has experienced any EBAY sellers fraudulently obtaining FEDEX shipping numbers and then sending buyers emails falsely claiming, "ORDER DELIVERED" (see photo)
