You like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but with you not wanting to return, and requesting partial refund is NOT how we do business. Open a return if you have any issues, and we will accept. Instead, you upload a photo of all things....talk about too much time on your hands. Don't play into this buyers accusatory "evidence" as it's all he said she said. My account is 5.0 and my service reflects.

    NetGear PowerLine 200 Is a Workable Solution

    The NetGear PowerLine 200 Nano Adapter is a reasonable solution for network/Internet acces when wireless either isn't available or the wireless signal is weak or erratic. The PowerLine 200 is reasonably easy to setup. My best advice is to follow the instructions carefully, especially if you are adding the adapter to an existing, working PowerLine installation. Note: For a new installation, a working, connected router with an available ethernet port is required.
