The seller posted an auction description for "Nips Coffee Candy" 4oz box, pack of 12. He sent a substituted caramel coffee candy, 3.25 oz bags, a pack of 12. I pointed out that the item was not what I purchased. His bait and switch routine was not appreciated, he "ran out" of the original item. So he didn't have the correct item or the substitute item on hand, and he sent me something similar from Amazon. No wonder he can offer free shipping.
