An overall incredibly disappointing experience. I’ve purchased a lot on Ebay and this was my worst experience. To begin with, I was sent the wrong shoes (see photo). When I contacted the seller they said they were sorry, but offered me a discount on the incorrect pair. When I sent back the wrong pair (which put me out), they refunded my money instead of sending the correct pair. So, it was the old bait and switch. They never intended to send the correct pair. Dishonest and untrustworthy seller.

Terribly sorry for the mix-up. We offered a discount on the pair to avoid the hassle of you having to ship them back. We offered the buyer a free return label and refunded immediately upon shipment.
