    Not recommended

    Had a patch on for three days in a row, a new one each day, and my back under the patch got red and itchy. Had to use Benadryl cream to stop the itch. The patches were well made but didn't feel warm when on like I expected them to feel. Didn't seem to help me with the lower back pain I have. The value and quality was good but can not recommend them.
