We purchased an extended warranty for $25.99 No written receipt or proof was sent. No refund for the payment was included in the refund for the compressor. It should have been $314.37 - not $288.38. The balance is $25.99 It could not be updated according to Lg because the refrigerators before 2014 cannot be updated. This was not disclosed.
