    Volume has to be "boosted" during a call if needed. Not easy for elderly.

    I purchased this phone for my mother-in-law who is 83, somewhat hard of hearing and has slight dementia. The volume level on this phone is no different than a regular phone, unless you press the "boost" button during a call. Simple for you and I to remember, but not someone who has dementia. I was hoping the volume could be set loud and left that way. The large buttons are great for her to see and press, just disappointed with the volume function. I do not recommend this phone for someone with memory issues, if a louder volume in needed.

    Great Phone for the hard of Hearing!

    This is really a great phone, I bought one for my husband and he told my mother about it. This one is for her for Christmas. It's very clear and the sound is excellent. Can't go wrong with this phone!!

    Excellent choice for our elderly family. All features that has meets the needs that my aunt has. Big numbers very louder. And accesible no cord in between the phone auricular and the base.
