One bottle broke maybe by the carrier...I think. Since I already know what to do with the broken one I let the seller know about it. They did not understand it either. I said to my mom though ODD number, maybe. Great seller communication. And I loved how it was packaged well, but could not understand the first bottle of candle that i opened was broken. Give them 5 stars. Most of the time it has nothing to do with the sellers.

I am not sure how the mug arrived in one piece. Delicate ceramics should be packed much nicer than it was. However, the mug did manage to arrive in one piece and was as described.
