Then shipped United States Postal service where you know it took a severe beating. A seller should care a little more and not be so inconsiderate. We'll see how long the new very expensive battery lasts after the abuse/neglect it incurred.

    Could have been packaged a little better, but seems okay. Looked like it was pieced together from parts, but maybe not. For the price, I'll buy from Home Depot next time and get a guarantee. It's on the door now and looks fine. We'll see...

    Repairs easily and works well, great for one key controlling the whole house!
