First, the positive, it shipped incredibly quickly. It was in the mail within a day of the purchase. When it arrived, you could tell it was carefully packaged and had all the items listed. The negative, when they make a comment about the battery possibly being dead, it's true. The battery would not hold a charge for more than 10 seconds, literally. When I reached out and sent a video, they stopped responding. Be aware, you may need to spend $45 for a new battery immediately. Works great now!

Hello, I checked the messages from you and we only received the 1st initial message Stating the battery was not holding a charge. We did reply and never heard back from you Stating " Battery not holding a charge". Also, eBay has no way of sending video. How did you upload the video? You did buy a Used cordless Vacuum and we specifically state " Battery may not hold a charge Charge". That is why we sold it at a discounted price. Reading the listings before purchase is important.
