When my package arrived, it had obviously been in a flood. The entire bottom of the box was missing and the rest of the box was wet. Fortunately, however, the seller had put my name and address on the box in several locations, so FedEx was able to put my purchase in another box and send it to me.
When I notified the seller, they immediately handled the situation. I would definitely recommend this seller. Fastest response I've ever had from a seller.
