The filter arrived as brand new and it was very well packaged. This filter fit very well on my 1992 Ford Ranger; all I had to do was to spin the filter until it was tight. Then I used a tool to make the filter just a tiny more tight. I highly recommend this seller and his/her product. Also this seller gave me positive feedback which shows superb customer service.
