Hey, I've been trying to contact you for the past week. USPS said that "Your item was forwarded to a different address at 5:41 pm on December 17, 2020 in SAINT ALBANS, NY. Lightweight, good sound and two things to improve.
I really like it, its a good product and very light compared to others. I guess it would be better if it could have bluetooth to connect to cell phones and if it had a light on the mic just to know if you are mute or not, but appart from that it has great quality.

Love it. Feels good on my ear, very comfortable. I can walk a good distance before it starts to break up. I like that the mic is attachable since I don't really use it for that. Blocks surrounding sounds which is great when you're sharing a room. Great buy and great product.

It’s great while it’s working, but it’s fragile so be careful with it. Logitech support is very slow, they will help but don’t be in a hurry. Been through 3 of them so far and the only reason we had 3 is because they broke within the warranty window so Logitech replaced them.
