The seller advertised the mouse as new. It came in a sloppily taped package missing the hardware controller with batteries having been inserted and the power button left on. The seller did not respond to my request for a refund, so I had to have eBay intervene. I can't now believe that this seller has highly positive ratings.

I did get a prompt refund for this product soon after I initiated eBay's return process but without any messaging from the seller until after I left the negative review. The seller says that he or she initiated the refund (I assumed that it was eBay because no response had occurred when I originally messaged the seller directly), so I apologize for the 1-star rating. I would have raised it. Unfortunately, eBay, unlike Yelp, doesn't allow buyers to change ratings after submission.
