    Bike came with a bent back rim. Contacted seller and they sent out a replacement back rim which was incorrect. Contacted seller again and they said they do not have a replacement back rim. They gave me a partial refund. Never offered to send me a new bike or take a rim off of a new bike. Horrible customer service, at times took days to respond. I fought with the seller for 5 weeks and never got my damaged bike fixed. I am very unhappy with how the seller handled my situation.
