This is a place filler. It has been moderately restored, including new labels, from previously played with condition. That said, the 11.5 x 45 black plastic wheels show little evidence of use. There are no casting defects. The blue tinted window insert is OK. The models I am currently listing are from my collection. Many were purchased from others at some point in the past. Condition grades less than MINT will have a degree of imperfection, restored or not, which may not be reflected in the photos and/or may be overlooked by the seller in the process of listing. Our grading is based upon visual assessment and is therefore, to an extent, subjective. The buyer may or may not agree. Therefore, all models are returnable at our expense within 30 days of purchase.
