The item listed for a new item just in what sounded to me package in an open box item which I didn't mind and that's why I ordered. When the Bluetooth arrived I open the re-sealed original box to find that I got sent an used Bluetooth still with ear wax in it maybe from previous ower and with plenty signs of being an used item. I contacted the seller, I provided pictures about the issue and seller just sent an apology message saying that someone will contact me. Beware of this low rate seller.
