It is not an attractive book and is a dumb story, even for first graders. There are better stories out there.

Whimsical, Lighthearted Fun
Cute little book, which derives a good deal of humor from the illustrations. Not heavy in words but a good read nonetheless. May not be a hit with cantankerous curmudgeons with no sense of humor... or peeved pigeons (who are not allowed to drive a bus) - but otherwise, a universal delight.
