Hat was promptly shipped, just lost by carrier. I continued to wait hoping it would show up. It was near the holidays and there had just been a freeze the area, so I wasn’t yet concerned. I figured I would wait it out. eBay sent an email asking about my transaction, and I wrote that I had not received the hat yet. I should have been more specific, stating that it was not the fault of acscollectibles. I was quickly refunded without having to ask. Incredible customer service!
