The monitor arrived in refurbished condition as listed. However the thumbnail stated it was 1080P 180hz and the description stated it was an IPS panel. The listing was updated by the seller after I purchased and changed to 165hz VA panel so I contacted and explained that while I was not happy the monitor wasnt listed correctly I was ok with the quality and did not want to return but felt I was overcharged what the monitor specs actually are. Was told to return anyway. Poor Customer Service

Price was great for a budget level item certified refurb LIKE NEW. No complaints. There are certainly better products, just not at the price point IMHO. Hope it lasts!
