    I used it twice and the next time i went to use it , it would not work.the seller said to call the manufacturer. I did not by it from the manufacturer I got it from you. I spend a lot of money on e bay.

    I explained to the buyer that the vacuum I sent him was new and unopened. He himself stated that the vacuum worked at first. If it stopped working by no fault of his, he should contact the manufacturer as it must be a factory defect. The buyer was not going to be happy unless I sent him a new vacuum or refunded all of his money. My posting clearly states that I do not accept returns.
