A+++ Unfortunately, FedEx was impossible to deal with. Communication was nil, and I had to chase down the FedEx truck on the road without knowing when it would be arriving in order to get the package.

Tekyard has multiple offices whose practice vary based on location. Have purchased multiple items from NC with quick turnaround, great communication and outstanding packaging. This item from the MD office was delayed while they tried to solicit me to buy an additional ultrasound unit outside of EBAY. Shipping was grossly inflated. This unit was incredibly poorly palleted. Pure luck that the unit wasn't damaged. I won't be purchasing anything originating from MD office in the future.
