Product arrived on time but was not as described. Display window was not attached to unit and lying in the bottom of the box. There was a heat blob in the lower left hand corner of the exposed quartz. Fan control button was extremely worn. The description said out of an 03-04 Avalanche, but the unit had it written that is was out of a same year Suburban. I requested a return, but did not hear back for a few days. However, I received a refund on May 31 for the total amount spent. Grade B

So overall great job on the sellers part. Not sure about why eBay showed it not shipped, but I was appreciative of the sellers quick response and tracking info.
