The necklace arrived broken. I contacted the seller and sent a picture. I did hear back briefly but the seller said he would get back to me later as to what they plan to do. I’m assuming he or she must be in another country as the only reply came in at 3:00 in the morning. The seller doesn’t seem to anxious to solve the problem. My advice- be very careful from whom you order.
