Package arrived this AM. Package was slightly damaged and clearly had been previously opened. But product inside was ok. No warranty card included to register new walker. But otherwise product appears as stated. I was able to construct the product easily with the photo instruction sheet included without tools. I am only 5'5in. I had to set it at the second from max height for comfort, so this walker is definitely NOT for tall people. I question the "all terrain" wheels.
