    Good product overall but needs good filtration.

    Generally a good product. My adult female RES has been eating it solely for several years. After awhile uneaten food drops to the bottom. This creates an accumulation which dirties the tank. I just upgraded to a 90 gal (filled with 60 gal) from a 40 gal breeder. I plan to replace filter with a canister shortly which hopefully will be an improvement.

    Turtle yummies

    Our turtles love Hikari Saki. They float on the water surface, which is what our shellies prefer. It also has a lot of the nutrition that they need. After trying Hikari Saki, we won't be buying the Walmart "turtle sticks" anymore.

    My picky turtle loves it!

    I've wasted so much money and time buying so many different name brand pellets for my picky turtle and this is literally the only pellets she'll eat. No joke. She's so spoiled that once she started getting treats and boiled chicken and shrimp and fish that she wouldn't touch pellets after her baby pellets. That was like 7 years ago! I'm so excited I literally text her human uncle we have to celebrate. And honestly they don't smell bad at all. Nor do they make your hands feel weird after touching. Not clouding up water or absorbing water to fast where it would be too mushy for her to want it, nor does it puff up fast when sitting in water. I'm glad we found this. I can tell my Philly girl is glad too cause she's sucking it up like I suck up cake and pie bahahaha

    Nice product, picky turtle

    The product itself is fine but my ybs doesn’t like it for some reason. Loves all other hikari brand, I guess just not the pellets.
