Seller advertised the shoe as a size 11 when it was a size in between a 10 & 11. My little boy has blisters and I spent over $25 on these shoes and they aren’t refundable. Contacted the seller and nothing was done about it

Your message simply stated “Hey these are a 10C, not an 11”. I pointed out they fit a 10/11 clearly seen in the pic in my listing. Your reply? “Someone who isn’t familiar with Croc sizing wouldn’t know that.” You asked no questions before purchasing and never asked for a refund. If you aren’t familiar, a little research before purchasing goes a long way to avoid buyer’s remorse.
