Certified refurbished more like certified new
I was wary about buying this tablet since my past experiences with refurbished items isn't always the best and since I was dropping alot of money on this product I was taking a gamble. But because it came with a two year warranty It felt like a safe bet. Well let me tell you this tablet is basically new it came with everything a new tablet would come with. After a week of testing and using it heavily I can confidently say it was worth the purchase. The tablet feel natural to draw on and it's very accurate the only issues I've had are whenever I turn off the screen I have to reset the work space in order to get the pen on the right screen. Also it does heat up on the top quite fast not to hot but pretty warm. Other than those minor issues the price you get this tablet for is a steal I ... Great product, horribly refurbished
The tablet I received was poorly refurbished, and the device broke within a little less than a month. When it arrived, the Kamvas 20 tablet worked for several days with no issues before blue lines started appearing on the left side of the screen. It broke down completely about 2-3 weeks after the lines appeared. The screen does not acknowledge pen pressure or even pen movement, and the drivers report that the device isn't connected, even when it is. In this state, I can't even use it as a passive monitor, let alone as a drawing tablet. Resetting my pc, rolling back drivers, reinstalling the most recent drivers, unplugging and replugging the wires--nothing resolved the issue. Since it broke down mid-drawing process, with no changes to the connective wires or drivers in between it ... But at this point, it's just a useless hunk of metal. I was really pleased about the size, feel, and use of the product--while it still worked. I was hoping to upgrade to save myself from the wrist and neck pain of working on a smaller Huion model, but clearly I only traded wrist pain for the headache of having to return this tablet. If you're going to upgrade, save yourself some time and spring for a brand-new one.

So far, really fantastic!
First, I have to say the process and condition was as near to new as I could tell. So far, two weeks in, (again) as far as I can tell it works perfectly. It was already calibrated, and so far it has not have any issues with the drivers. I literally spent, maybe, 5 minutes setting it up. Smooth operation, the strokes and drawing is so smooth. The biggest hurdle is the difference from the analog process and the newly acquired digital. The keyboard shortcuts was also a process that was potentially a headache, but, actually a breeze. Another revelation is that the quality of the drawing program matters as much as the tablet. Even then, the few I've used, the tablet interfaces without tweaking. Immediate. Great option for those on a tight budget. Wouldn't consider anything else in this price range.
It's worth every penny for those on a tight budget. There is parallax as stated but it is not a game changer. The glass on the screen makes it worth it. Recommend the 22 Plus if you're budget allows for it.

Great size for those of us who have vision problems
Easy to use and a nice big screen. A bit bulky with all the wires, so not that usable on your lap. Better for a desk. I sue it with Photoshop. I love the colors and clarity. I do wish that there were less wires so it was easier to transfer between laptops and my main computer.
