I received the dash cluster in a timely manner and It was packaged very well. Upon opening it the box the speedometer needle was not in the lowest position that it should be, it was on 20 MPH. I contacted the seller and after many emails we decided something happened during transit. I was able to use some of the other gauges for my cluster and between the two, mine is now working. I was refunded a partial payment. Thanks so much for your attention..
