The item was described as an active antenna, I received a passive antenna which is not the item featured and of less value. I messaged the seller who offered to send out the correct item but after a week nothing had been dispatched. I then asked through eBay to return the item, I was given a return address which was not recognised by the UK postal service due to Chinese characters. I asked for a return address label which was refused. I have asked for a refund which has also been refused.
