The covers show scuffing, light soiling, edge-wear, and rubbing to the corners and spine-ends. There is some tearing to the cloth at the center of the upper joint. The hinges are cracked, causing play in the covers. The text-block is beginning to loosen at a few spots. The contents are bright with illustrations, but also with scattered foxing and soiling. There are some pencil scribbling to the blank versos of a few pages. This book is in pretty rough shape, but is also scarce in the trade.”
