I offered to refund this buyer because of his circumstances. He is physically handicapped and I wanted him to get the crutches he needed. He has not submitted a return request and it's been over a week. I guess he decided to keep it. I tried to do the right thing for this buyer. He gave me a negative feedback which is okay but posting my phone number is not cool. Sorry you got shot 6 years ago. Thought he got disabled while in military service but it doesn't seem to be the case.....
