Item was sent to wrong address. PO showed me a picture of the label that was attached to package. Seller refuses to reimburse me my $$$ or send me a new item. Seller said item was sent to right address and sent a photo of item sitting out in the open, not in a package, on some dock that could have been anywhere. There was no name or address to indicate where this was. I think this picture was fake so the seller would not have to correct their mistake. I will not order from this company again.

The seller shipped my item very quickly and sent the tracking number for me to follow. I received notification my item was delivered by USPS. Long story short.. never received item and USPS stated "not our problem" I can contacted the seller and they were AWESOME. They replied very quickly within a few hours they verified I did not receive my order and refunded the full amount back to me. They kept informed of each step. I would highly recommend this seller.

Item shipped and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the rice cooker I purchased was damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller to return the product and got a response in a few hours. This seller resolved the matter very quickly and issued me a full refund and did not ask me to return the product. It's unfortunate that the transaction did not work out but I commend this seller for being understanding and offering a hassle free refund. Thank you for the help with my problem.
