  • Should be in every antiques collectors bookcase!

For anyone who is even remotely interested in figural tape measure, which truly are small works of art, this book is a "must have"! The tapes pictured run the full gamut, from "common" to very "rare", and including everything in between. Basically, it's a full color picture book with details about each tape near its photo. It's divided into chapters. In addition, it offers a very general valuation based on the rarity of the tape. I have a very well-worn copy of the book and purchased this one to give to a friend who loves figural tape measures.

  • Collecting Figural Tape Measures

This is a great reference to have with good photos and clearly presented information. I think that needlework collectors need all the books that they can find on the subject...and this is a definite.

  • good book

just what I needed to see the value of any tape or almost any tape that I see on the internet.the value can really be the key to making a good deal.
