Great communication. Item was packaged well. Condition matched the description. Unfortunately, a set screw which secures the mirror to the mount was was not included. My old mirror is a different style without the screw. The seller couldn't find the missing screw, so they gave me a partial refund. Good experience overall. Minus one star because I now have to shop local auto recyclers to try to find a single special T-20 set screw.
