    Not very useful for the professional user...

    Does what it says it will do. Easy setup of Luxul AP's. However, it allows for little control of the AP's. Configures them all on the same wireless channel, and doesn't let you set a static IP address or adjust wireless settings like client isolation. The "seamless roaming throughout my network" isn't really a function of the controller, that happens automatically when you set all of the AP's to the SSID and subnet. When you have adjacent AP's you want to make sure they are not on overlapping channels (for 2.4GHZ that would be channels 1,6, and 11). The controller sets all AP's to channel 6 causing interference with neighboring AP's. I spoke with Luxul, and they said they will be releasing new firmware to address these problems after the first of the year. Frankly, this controller ...

    Luxul XWC-1000 network controller

    Easy to setup,worked great with my existing Luxul products. I now have seamless roaming throughout my network. I have 3 inside luxul access points and one outdoor and I able to roam across my network without having to reselect an access point.
