I paid for the product then was told they don't know where it is? They offered to refund the money and I can keep the coffee pot if it ever shows up? Then they are offering me a coffee pot from the same seller for $10 more? Is this like bait and switch you offer a cheaper one say it's not available and then offer me a more expensive one?
