Item came as described. Shipping was the best part of the process. Usually, when I get a shipment from Korea it takes at least 2 weeks, sometimes a month, but the seller was a fast shipper. They even included a cute note. I also appreciated that I bought all the shades available, and they shipped it together. Some sellers will ship products separately. Since I bought makeup products, it was also appreciated how the seller safely and securely packaged my products.
