Very nice kaval, which is good because it arrived after the return period was over. It was stuck in U.S. Customs for 6 weeks. The seller was helpful and did a great job and the Turkey post office did a great job. The unexplained delay was all due to U.S. Customs and the U.S. Post Office. Ebay is not much help with a delay. They have access to the tracking information and could see that it was stuck in U.S. Customs. But, even on August 20th, Ebay estimated the delivery date as "Jun 29 - Jul 13".
