    This was an international shipment handled by the eBay International Shipping Program, which obviously takes longer than standard shipments within the continental United States. The item was packaged and shipped within the 2 business day quoted timeframe and tracking shows that delivery was attempted on the 21st of July. Delivery has been unsuccessful due to either the buyer giving the incorrect delivery address or an issue with their local delivery service.
