The items were poorly packed. Both bottles were damaged and one was 3/4 empty. This is unacceptable and not worth the purchase

Dear Karen, I'd be glad to refund or replace, but rather than reach out to me you jump straight to a complaint. I stand by this, despite your negativity and childish reaction. Just let me know your preference I highly doubt that both items were damaged in shipping and more likely you damaged with the scissors in the photo. The items are wrapped in a inner bubble wrapper and then placed in a heavy-duty outer cardboard box. I have shipped many of these items and all arrived without incident.
