Product arrived in a new sealed package as described. Not useable for me because it is waay too tiny to use effectively; this is my issue, not the seller s issue. This model may be perfect for a midget; just not for me. I chose not to return it because it is my issue not seller s and because you cannot open this kind of package without destroying the pkg.
