Slow shipping. Took two days to ship. Also no responses to questions asked. However, item is as described so no complaints there. Overall I'll say this was a neutral transaction. Not the best but far from the worse! Thankfully it's the right part and fits my 2008 Road King Classic with 21" front wheel and 13" suspension in rear!
