I have one at each vehicle and I have a really bad sciatica down the left side that makes driving miserable after about 30 minutes. And this cushion has really really helped. I have invested in so many of these sciatica cushions by far this is the best one, I even have a cushion lab that I spent 70+ dollars for that’s not as good as this $20+ one! Get this one first!
