In eBay’s description of new condition it states that the item should be in original packaging like you would find at a retail store, and this item did not arrive that way. However, when I went back and read the description, the seller specifically states no retail packaging included. It’s hard to know if I truly got a new, unused item or not, but it was well protected in shipping, and works well. I would probably buy again, but the seller may want to reread eBay’s descriptions again.
