    I love it. Great buy.

    If you are not prepared for a labor intensive assembly it might overwhelm you. I was better prepared because I read the reviews on line. I found the roof to be the biggest challenge as it requires nimble fingers of which I was not blessed. But we got it done and it looks great. It is made of higher quality aluminum and painted to withstand the elements. Over time I do plan on buying this same product to expand ou sanctuary.

    TOUGH TO ASSEMBLE

    This Purple Martin Birdhouse is really tough to assemble. I have plenty mechanical skills and a big tool chest of various tools. The instructions are minimal. Don't expect to assemble the 24 room house in a couple hours. You'll need all day and into the evening. If you have no or minimal mechanical skills and only a screwdriver then YOU'RE DOOMED.

    Built Well but Takes Hours to Assemble.

    100’s of tiny nuts and bolts have to be put together for every floor. Most are in very hard to get to place. We like it but it took 4 hours for the 4 sort model.

    Get ready for a real project

    It is a project to assemble. When 1" pole was ready we went to slide each section on and inner sleeve was tapered and had to be sanded to slide.
