    A Great Work by a Quality Folk Artist

    "The Geography of Light" is a very mature work. It does help in your understanding if you go to carrienewcomer.com and listen to her editorials on the songs. Her Quaker background is clearly evident in this CD. It is this Quaker influence that tempers her latter work giving it meaning and depth. If you want to explore her work this is an excellent place to start.
