Product was OLD had SEPARATED. Seller DID state it was a possibility, though. Did not offer returns or exchanges. She has a personal jar of her own that was just like new, I wouldn’t have minded trading her? Perhaps not knowing the actual consistency of the unopened cream - due to its age- it would’ve been safer to not sell it because now a customer is stuck with a jar of her favorite cream that is not worth using and cost $100.

All my listings are final sale - as stated in the returns section of listings, "seller does not accept returns." As buyer noted, I did state in the item description that "settling/separation may have occurred in the viscosity of the cream due to the nature of it's age." The Buyer informed me that she did not read/see the description since she made the purchase from her mobile. Unfortunately, I did not have additional (SEALED) jars, and regrettably could not even offer an exchange..
