    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Great printer for the Price

    This is a great printer fast, good quality prints, cheap to operate and reliable. One caveat Brother is finding ways to make using compatible toner cartridges almost impossible. This is my second HL-L3270CDW and now I'm finding it hard to get a "compatible" cartridge to work. I BELIVE Brother is making up for the reasonable MSRP by forcing you to buy OEM toner cartridges.

    Great WiFi replacement color laser

    Replaced a 20 year old DELL color laser that was working fine but my iMac didn't recognize the driver anymore. I like color laser and this was a great deal at the same price I originally paid for the DELL. I hope it is great quality to last another 20 years. Works on my Android phone, Windows laptop and iMac desktop with the greatest of ease.

    Worth the money

    If your looking to just print this printer is what you need. Easy setup, no blocked ink jets. Takes a little bit to get used to large cartridges, but they slide right in. Large paper tray is nice. Prints fast and sharp images. Very pleased.

    Good Printer for the Price

    Pros: the printer unpacked in about 15 minutes. took another 15min to remove all inside packing. Feeds paper very well (20 lb) no jams or miss-feeds in about 75sheets. Took about 1.5hours to set up the software (some cursing probably involved). Very quiet printer. Cons: the color saturation is rather low (not dark enough). But all in all I would purchase it again.
